Well this is a question we are certainly working through at the moment. It’s come about out of working with some friends of ours in our local fellowship. I can’t be too specific.
It seems apparent to us, in recent months, that if you want to build any ministry of any sort there needs to be a deep level of trust between the workers of such ministry. After writing this line – it seems like a total no-brainer doesn’t it 
what simple revelation!!
So what is more important then – function or relationship? Certainly there can be no effective work for Christ if there is no harmonius relationship. Jesus worked closely with his disciples and he trusted them even through times they showed such incredible weakness. Did he not send them on their own missions trip – even through he could see right through their humanity….
Focus on your relationships with fellow Christians – not what you do with them in function.
